Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your curtains or blinds in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, brackets, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, making sure to cover any old shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
